During this class, we will understand the theoretical basics of this diet and we'll explore the essentials:

- The necessary equipments.

- Non-dairy milk.

- Superfood, germination and sprouting.

- Demonstration on 'soaking and sprouting'.

- Demonstration of the cooking methods at low temperatures.
